Hypnotherapy – Achieve Positive Change Through Hypnosis
Formula for Success:
10% Conscious Effort (Will power)
+ 90% Subconscious (Hypnosis)
How can Hypnotherapy help me?
Hypnotherapy has become a valuable therapeutic tool in helping people manage stress and anxiety, weight loss, overcome annoying phobias and fears, stop smoking, and treat compulsive behavior such as overeating and nail biting. In the area of general self improvement, hypnotherapy can improve study habits, enhance sports performance, relieve physical symptoms and much more. Hypnosis works with the unconscious mind (90% of your mind) while it bypasses the critical conscious mind.
* Because people are all different, as with all therapeutic tools, results may vary. Therefore for best results, your session will be customized for your needs and individual situation.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the ultimate means of heightening motivation by programming the subconscious mind to join in the cooperation of your conscious desires.
Hypnosis, which has been used for hundreds of years and long-recognized by the medical field, is a highly effective science and method for you to create changes in your life. Using hypnosis to induce a state of increased concentration, the hypnotherapist communicates with your unconscious mind. During this process you will feel relaxed and you will hear and remember everything that is said. Your hypnotist, Vrisayda, through hypnosis will provide the most positive psychological climate in which you can accept new and better behaviors and accomplish your goals.
Hypnosis is not a state of sleep, but a natural state of mind that can produce extraordinary levels of relaxation of mind, body and emotions. The principles and theories upon which hypnotherapy is based are accessing and utilizing the power of one’s inner resources. Hypnosis can transcend the critical, analytical level of mind, and facilitate the acceptance of suggestions, directions and instructions desired by the Client. You can never be made to do anything you do not want to do!
The therapeutic use of Hypnosis can also elicit information and insights from the inner mind–for example, forensic hypnosis is now employed by law enforcement to retrieve memories from potential witnesses and victims. The hypnotherapist utilizes interviews, discussion and hypnotic methods dealing with underlying issues whenever appropriate, with the goal of achieving effective and lasting results.

- NLP: NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming: “neuro” referring to the nervous system, through which all our experiences must be mediated, “linguistic” referring to language, both verbal and non-verbal, i.e. the different kinds of communications which our neurology must respond to, and “programming” referring to the human ability to organize knowledge and experiences into goal oriented plans or procedures (programs). We organize our programs by systematically communicating to ourselves and others. Since much of this occurs outside of our awareness, NLP studies both our conscious and unconscious ways of communicating and programming. The term “programming” also indicates that both our consciously re-producible behaviors as well as many of our habitual (usually unconscious) ones, have been “programmed” into our neurology, i.e. they have been learned, and therefore, most importantly, are modifiable.
